From a one hectare plot – Le Jeanneton – this wine is made from the finest selection of Muscadelle à Petit Grains, on a clayey-loam soil. Plot n° ZB100

Grape varieties

Muscadelle Petits Grains


The bunches are destalked, the grapes are then left to macerate for 72 hours at a cold temperature. A natural clarification without enzymes occurs. The fermentation takes place in 30HL Stockinger foudres (large oak vats). Filtration is minimal.


Ageing and stirring of the lees for 12 months


The nose is distinguished through its large bouquet of floral & spiced notes. In the mouth, it is smooth yet rich, and balanced out by refreshing acidity.

Food and wine combinations

This wine can be enjoyed alone, as an aperitif, whilst also pairs surprising well with exotic dishes, curries, or traditional Cajun dishes such as the Jambalaya!
