The density of Sauvignon, the liveliness of Chenin and the freshness of Savagnin harmonize to give aromas of citrus zest and quince which awaken the taste buds with aromatic power. The finish is full of finesse and ends with a beautiful minerality.

To be enjoyed as an aperitif, with fish in cream sauce, poultry with fried mushrooms, or with hard Comté cheeses.
