Tasting
This wine presents a complex aromatic palette with white flowers notes, supported by citrus fruits and a salty taste. The palate is explosive and pure at the same time, with a frank and straight attack, supported by a persistent acidity which gives it a tension and brilliance worthy of the great wines of the Jura.

To be enjoyed as an aperitif, with seafood, poultry with morels, or with hard cheeses such as Comté
